1.  Establishing a pilot agricultural cum trade school, to train local boys & girls on modern techniques in village farming and create jobs market. So poor farmer/community have access to technology. Replicate the projects to other areas in Bangladesh.

2.  Establish a peace center(with research and development at Badhon Monjil, Charfashion

3.  CONVERTING Fatema Matin women degree college to an Women University 

4.  Continue to provide humanatarian services to the needy, living at crisis/risk. 

5.  A home for elderly people (Old home). 

6.  A separate home (orphanage) for girls child.

7.  A legacy of serving the humanity.
