NEEDS YOUR HELP To Run Charfassion Orphanage

 .

Who are we?
Human Rights-First the Child chaired by-Jahangir is a small grassroots volunteer organization dedicated to the cause of helping raise the standard of living of the under-privileged in developing countries. The group is led by the values of dedication, motivation and practical assistance. We have no large offices, no extensive publicity campaign. But we have the will   to serve. At national & international level we promote child rights, do advocacy, establish networking among NGOs/ CBOs, work closely with politicians, lawyers, social workers and professionals of  different groups.

The organization fully endorses the UN convention on the rights of child as well as works for children & families. Our regional challenges and social, reformation of the existing childcare institutions specially in Bangladesh. However ,the UN convention on rights of the child consider any person up to the age of 18 years as a child. We project the child as our future, the essence of our existence and the pulse of life.

Where do we work?
In the '60s and '70s we introduced the first livestock breeding programs to India, Pakistan, Srilanka and Nepal as well as Bhola Island, together with cows and sheep which have quickly grown and multiplied. There are now millions of progeny in the above countries which has made farming more productive and provided more milk for children. We helped thousands of destitute families in the Bhola Island and they have now good income sources & the children are well off.

How are we financed?
Through a child sponsorship program, gifts from individuals, schools, religious institutions, service clubs, Non-Govt. Organizations, endowments walking 'crusades'. We always solicit International assistance to carry our mission activities.
